We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Campaign Executive to join our Communications and Campaigns team. You will play a key role in developing and executing targeted campaigns that supports our firm's ambitious growth strategy and profile-raising objectives across various channels such as PR, print, and web.

As a Campaigns Executive, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver sustained thought leadership projects that promote our legal services to organizations across different sectors.


Your Role

As a Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the campaign managers with campaign delivery, including creating high-quality written content and producing audio and visual content.
  • Campaign management and delivering campaigns to time and budget.
  • Identifying hot topics / emerging business issues and working with lawyers and business development managers to develop angles
  • Managing and creating compelling content including social media, website articles and internal communications.
  • Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting with in-person and virtual events.
  • Providing executive support to the wider marketing communications team


Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a proactive and action-oriented Campaign Executive with:

  • Two years or more B2B communications and campaigns experience.
  • Excellent project management and campaign management skills.
  • Strong research, writing, producing, and editing skills using various media
  • A thorough understanding of the full marketing communications mix and how different channels can be used to create awareness and influence a business audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people at all levels of seniority and across different departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms and CRM.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists and handle media enquiries.
  • A genuine interest in a broad range of business topics that affect TLT and its clients.

The Business Development & Marketing team are instrumental in creating awareness of our brand to identify and win new business opportunities as well as delivering for our existing clients. This involves establishing and nurturing relationships and using everything from events to media relations to tenders to explore new business ideas. Within the team, have specialists in: Business Development, Bids, Internal and External Communications, Campaigns, PR, Client Engagement, Marketing and Design and Marketing Operations.
