Throughout the evening, you'll hear directly from our Early Careers team, Training Principal, current Solicitor Apprentices and Graduate Solicitor Apprentices, giving you an authentic insight into what it's really like to learn, work and qualify through the apprenticeship route at TLT.
We'll explore how our apprenticeship programmes are structured, the support available throughout your journey, and what we're looking for in future apprentices. You'll also receive practical advice on the application process and how to submit a strong application.
The evening will include an interactive myth-busting session designed to challenge common misconceptions about apprenticeships, skills-based activities, and an opportunity to network with colleagues from across the firm. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about life at TLT.
We know that choosing an apprenticeship is a significant decision, not just for applicants but often for those supporting them. That's why we warmly welcome parents, guardians, carers and other supporters to attend alongside prospective applicants.
