We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Real Estate Future Energy team in Bristol. This role would suit an experienced Paralegal.
Your Role
As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following;
- Undertaking due diligence on a variety of clean energy projects (including wind, solar and battery storage) to include a review of title, enquiries, searches and producing legal reports for clients.
- Title due diligence and other transactional support for clean energy projects.
- Assisting with the real estate aspects of large clean energy financing transactions and disposals/acquisitions.
- To provide all our clients with a quality service in accordance with the Firm’s procedures.
- To maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer.
- To achieve the budget and targets set by the Firm.
Your Skills and Experience
- Commercial real estate and/or landlord and tenant experience is desirable.
- Good eye for detail.
- Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload.
- High standards of client service essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Comfort with a high volume of interaction via the telephone.
- Good IT skills.
- A desire to learn and develop legal skills in the area of commercial property, what TLT does and what our clients do/how they work.
