We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Real Estate Future Energy team in Bristol. This role would suit an experienced Paralegal.

Your Role

As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following; 

  • Undertaking due diligence on a variety of clean energy projects (including wind, solar and battery storage) to include a review of title, enquiries, searches and producing legal reports for clients.
  • Title due diligence and other transactional support for clean energy projects.
  •  Assisting with the real estate aspects of large clean energy financing transactions and disposals/acquisitions.
  • To provide all our clients with a quality service in accordance with the Firm’s procedures.
  •  To maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer.
  • To achieve the budget and targets set by the Firm.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Commercial real estate and/or landlord and tenant experience is desirable.
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload.
  • High standards of client service essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Comfort with a high volume of interaction via the telephone.
  • Good IT skills.
  • A desire to learn and develop legal skills in the area of commercial property, what TLT does and what our clients do/how they work.
