TLT is recruiting an experienced Contract Change Trainer on a 9-month basis.
This assignment will be engaged on a competitive daily rate via an Umbrella Company. The role will be predominantly hybrid, with 2–3 days per week office attendance required in Bristol in line with programme needs.
Role Overview
Based in our Bristol office, this role will play a key role in delivering Project Nova, a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across the firms 7 UK offices, impacting over 1,800 users.
Working under the guidance of the Change Lead, the Change Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, role-specific training to support the successful adoption of new ERP-driven processes and ways of working.
This is a critical role within a major transformation programme, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, experience in enterprise systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), and the ability to operate effectively at scale across multiple business areas.
