Role Overview 

Based in our Bristol office, this role will play a key role in delivering Project Nova, a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across the firms 7 UK offices, impacting over 1,800 users. This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term basis of 12 months.

Working under the guidance of the Change Lead, the Change Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, role-specific training to support the successful adoption of new ERP-driven processes and ways of working. 

This is a critical role within a major transformation programme, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, experience in enterprise systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), and the ability to operate effectively at scale across multiple business areas. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams across all UK sites to establish credibility and trust within a large transformation programme. 
  • Partner with change leads, functional SME's and implementation partners to develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP processes, identifying training impacts across Finance, Operations, Risk and other business functions. 
  • Conduct detailed training needs analysis (TNA) and skillset assessments across all users, identifying gaps and defining targeted learning strategies. 
  • Design, develop, and deliver role-based, process-driven training (both virtual and in-person), including: 
    • System training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 
    • End-to-end business process training 
    • User guides, simulations, and digital learning content 
  • Create engaging learning assets using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office, and other digital learning platforms, ensuring accessibility and scalability. 
  • Support business readiness activities, including: 
    • User acceptance preparation 
    • Go-live readiness 
    • Hypercare/post-go-live support 
  • Deliver training across all phases of the project lifecycle, including onsite delivery at our UK offices during key milestones. 
  • Work collaboratively with Transformation & Operations, IT, and Business teams to ensure training aligns with the wider change portfolio and communication strategy. 
  • Maintain training records and contribute to reporting on change readiness, adoption, and training effectiveness. 
  • Identify and escalate risks relating to training, adoption, and user readiness, proposing mitigation strategies. 
  • Ensure all training materials align with the firm’s values, tone of voice, and professional standards. 
  • Act as a role model for high-quality training delivery, aligned to the firm’s Operational Change Playbook. 

Skills and Experience 

  • Proven experience in a change training or learning role within large-scale transformation programmes. 
  • Experience delivering training for ERP systems, with strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-site, cross-functional implementations with large user populations. 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, not just system navigation. 
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. 
  • Skilled facilitator, able to adapt delivery style to different audiences and maintain engagement. 
  • Strong experience in developing content across a range of formats, including classroom, virtual, e-learning, and video. 
  • Experience with learning tools such as Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ERP concepts into clear, user-friendly training. 
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced programme. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand the wider transformation context and business impact. 
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of organisational change impacts. 

Desirable Experience 

  • Experience working on legal sector transformations or within professional services environments. 
  • Prior involvement in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (Finance). 
  • Experience supporting large-scale change adoption and behavioural change initiatives.
