This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing Corporate team in Birmingham, working with major clients across a range of
high-profile transactions including M&A, private equity and venture capital, management buy-outs/ins, and Equity Capital Markets.
Our Legal 500-ranked national Corporate team operates across the UK, with Birmingham playing a key role in our continued success. The Birmingham Corporate team is at the forefront of TLT’s rapid expansion in the city, and following our move to One Centenary Way, we are continuing to invest significantly in the office, the local market, and the development of the Corporate team. This investment underlines our long-term commitment to Birmingham and positions the team for sustained growth.
The Corporate team is consistently recognised as one of the leading practices in the UK and has been recognised by Experian MarketIQ for its corporate work, ranking as a top deal adviser by volume of deals completed. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will deliver the following:

TLT’s Corporate team delivered exceptional growth and deal volume in 2025, completing more than 125 UK-wide transactions across core sectors. The team has achieved double digit revenue growth for five consecutive years, including a 20% increase in FY25, outperforming the firm’s overall growth rate of 18%.
