We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our TLT Corporate Future Energy team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to work on renewables M&A transactions, including advising on disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-operation agreements, and profit share arrangements.
Our Legal 500-ranked national corporate team operates across Birmingham, Bristol, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and London, covering the full UK jurisdiction. The growth of our corporate team has been driven by investment in sector specialism: our lawyers develop expertise aligned with the firm’s key sectors, which include Financial Services, Leisure Food and Drink, Overseas Investment, Future Energy, Retail and Consumer Goods, Digital, and Real Estate.
Within Future Energy, we have over 150 energy lawyers across multiple service lines and UK jurisdictions, making TLT one of the leading legal advisors in this sector. The TLT corporate team covers the full UK jurisdiction and advises on mid-market transactions often with a national and international profile. Our corporate lawyers have a reputation for providing technically excellent advice combined with commerciality and pragmatism.
We advise on a range of complex corporate transactions and regularly support our private, listed and international corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, management buyouts, joint ventures, strategic investments and associated agreements. One of the largest teams in the firm’s largest practice group, we are supported by a full range of specialist transaction support lawyers including tax, anti-trust, intellectual property, commercial, commercial property, banking and finance, employment and regulatory.
One of our key sector specialisms is Future Energy. Immersed in the sector as its grown, we’ve built an unrivalled track record delivering what our clients need so that they can lead the journey to net zero and a more sustainable future. Our network spans the developers, utilities, funders and - the innovators who are creating change.
TLT has been involved in renewables for over 20 years and is recognised as one of the leading UK law firms in this sector, advising on all aspects of clean energy projects.
