TLT are seeking a Contract Change Lead to join the Transformation and Operations Team in Bristol. The role will be an initial 6-12 month contract with the potential for extension.

This role will require office attendance on a hybrid basis in Bristol and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company.

The Contract Change Lead will be responsible for driving and managing the behavioural and technical changes associated with the ERP programme. This includes changes to financial and client management, team management, data usage, and storage. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Programme Management and Project Sponsor to ensure successful programme delivery and adoption. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the change management efforts for the ERP programme, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the Programme Lead to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the ERP system. 
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the delivery of core finance, HR, and CMI platforms. 
  • Identify and address behavioural changes required for the successful adoption of ERP technical changes. 
  • Engage with key stakeholders and SMEs across the legal teams as well as senior management IT, finance, HR and Risk & Compliance to ensure buy-in and support for change programme. 
  • Develop and deliver training and communication plans to support the adoption of new systems and processes. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful programme delivery. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on change management progress, risks, and issues. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance change management practices and efficiency. 
  • Management of Programme Change team to include at least 1 additional change manager plus trainers. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Proven experience as a Change Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of managing change in ERP programmes within a law firm or similar professional services environment. 
  • Extensive experience in managing behavioural changes related to financial management, client and matter management, team management, data usage, and storage. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation to include simplifying complex ideas and ensuring buy in at all levels. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. 
  • Relevant change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.

  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a constructive and professional manner. 
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of change management.
