We are recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Business Development and Marketing team in Bristol.

This role is a Maternity cover fixed term role for 12 months, working 35 hours per week with an hour for lunch. 

 

Your Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive your day-to-day remit includes:

  • Oversee the website’s static content, working with colleagues and partners to ensure content is accurate, up to date and adheres to the TLT brand voice.
  • Design and build compelling page layouts and landing pages to ensure web content is presented in the most engaging way, maximising effectiveness and seamlessly linking to relevant dynamic content and profiles.
  • Provide digital consultancy support to the Campaign & Content team, driving increased ROI on campaigns through best practice techniques.
  • Continual development of the Vuture email marketing platform to maximise the effectiveness of the email templates and automation via A/B testing.
  • Manage and refine TLT's Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, and performance analysis, to drive traffic to the website.
  • Lead technical and content SEO efforts, conducting regular audits, implementing on-page and off-page optimisation strategies, and monitoring search rankings to improve organic search visibility and website authority for key practice areas.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions and provide ongoing expert advice to colleagues on LinkedIn best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and optimise targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns and organic social media content strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Take ownership of the marketing engagement report, measuring and reporting on the analytics and impact of all digital content released across TLT channels.
  • Proactively manage the firm's Trustpilot reviews, collaborating with internal teams to identify potential risks and swiftly take appropriate action, flagging for review when necessary.
  • Contribute to video and audio production efforts as required.
  • Actively contribute to TLT’s overarching digital strategy, proactively suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing content.

 

Your Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

  • CMS Proficiency: Expert in web content management, specifically Webflow.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in email marketing, including template, automation, A/B testing, and segmentation. Vuture is an advantage
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): In-depth knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, pus experience with digital copywriting and Search Console.
  • Social Media Marketing: Strong understanding and practical experience in organic and paid social media strategies (LinkedIn).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Expert in web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 for data analysis, reporting, and deriving insights.

Desired Skills:

  • Legal Sector Experience: Previous experience in legal or professional services marketing.
  • Video & Audio Production: Basic to intermediate skills in video/audio production and editing.
  • HTML/CSS Basics: Fundamental understanding and usage of HTML/CSS for minor web adjustments.
  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in using Canva for creating engaging digital marketing graphics and visuals.
  • Reputation Management: Direct experience managing online review platforms like Trustpilot.

Experience & Attributes:

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, pro-active and tenacious.
  • Highly organised – able to multi-task, strong time management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team, driven to meet deadlines and objectives.

The Marketing & Business Development Team are instrumental in creating awareness of our brand to identify and win new business opportunities as well as delivering for our existing clients. This involves establishing and nurturing relationships and using everything from events to media relations to tenders to explore new business ideas. Within the team, have specialists in: Business Development, Bids, Internal and External Communications, Campaigns, PR, Client Engagement, Marketing, Design, Digital and Marketing Operations.
