TLT are searching for a Contract Quality Assurance Officer to join our Mortgage Enforcement team in Bristol. You will be joining a fast-paced, forward-thinking team, to support us on a sampling and quality testing project.

TLT handle all aspects of mortgage enforcement, including repossession litigation, customer contact, and the sale of repossessed properties. We act for various mortgage lenders in the UK, specialising in both residential and commercial mortgages.

The role will be on an initial 3-6 month contract and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company.

This role requires office attendance in Bristol, so we ask that applicants reside within the Bristol region or within a commutable distance to our Bristol offices.

Your Role

  • To complete a number of audits and call reviews of the work carried out by the operational team to assess quality, compliance of regulations/policy documents, and customer outcomes.
  • Sampling work for training programmes through live Q&A work reviews, reviewing tasks, and completing allocated audits.
  • Supporting the training of mew starters and providing support and management of development plans.
  • Providing face to face feedback and coaching.
  • Set up of training sessions, monitoring attendees and record keeping.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working providing face to face feedback and coaching.
  • An awareness of the commercial concerns of clients in relation to mortgage enforcement.
  • Ensure that all work is accurate and with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of working within a volume caseload environment.
  • Ability to identify ways of improving processes and communicate changes effectively.
  • Ability to understand learning & development needs of individuals and work with individuals to find solutions or a better way of working, including setting SMART objectives.
