Contract Paralegal - Employment

TLT are looking for Contract Paralegal's with Employment experience to support the Employment Team at TLT. The role will be on an initial 3-6 month contract and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company. As this is an urgent request, candidates ideally will be immediately available or have a 1-2 week notice period.

Your Role

• As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following;
• Supporting our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims
• Assisting with the disclosure process and preparing disclosure bundles
• Reviewing disclosure received from other parties
• Drafting Tribunal documentation including responses to claims
• Supporting with client advice on strategy
• Assisting with recording, reporting on and analysing Management Information
• Assisting with billing

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous legal assistant experience is preferable.
• Excellent communication skill (both oral and written). 
• Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timescales.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Having worked previously with case management software would be beneficial.
