Litigation Paralegal

We are recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join our Secured Lending litigation team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading teams in the UK undertaking this work.  You will be responsible for running your own caseload of files and working with team management to continually improve and enhance the services we provide.

Your Role

• Taking responsibility for running own caseload supported by case management system
• Dealing with a more complex/larger caseload 
• Prepare affidavit evidence and prepare cases for hearing
• Take enforcement action
• Suggesting to Team Managers improvements to the system and identifying problems
• In the absence of the Team Managers, taking responsibility with the other senior paralegals for ensuring that the workflows are printed and actioned together with daily post.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in litigation preferrable
• Proven ability to run own case load to a high standard and with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to deal with complex cases
