We are recruiting for a Events Executive in Bristol. Based within the Marketing & Communication team, as Events Executive, you will be key in delivering exceptional event experiences that align and deliver with the Firm’s go to market strategy.  As support to the Events Manager, you will contribute to the successful planning, execution and evaluation of a diverse range of events, supporting each sectors/markets.

 

Your Role

  • Plan and execute event delivery including exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars and other related activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development (BD) and key stakeholders to define event objectives and KPIs. Identify success metrics for each event, measure, and report on ROI post event.
  • Align event activity with wider strategy and sector and firm’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to prepare event assets – e-invites, presentations, supporting event materials.
  • Work with Marketing, BD and Client Engagement colleagues to create targeted delegate lists and manage the client journey from initial invitation through to post event communications.
  • Liaise with internal and external speakers to ensure briefed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to organise catering, AV requirements and event assets are met as planned.
  • Create registration reports to circulate to internal stakeholders and use these to work towards targeted attendee numbers.
  • Create detailed event plans, including budgets.
  • Collect and analyse post event feedback to drive future improvements
  • Work with the Operations Team to maintain CRM throughout events process.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of using Vuture and CRM would be beneficial
  • Travel will be required to support onsite events in other UK TLT offices, as well as occasionally external venues.

This involves establishing and nurturing relationships and using everything from events to media relations to tenders to explore new business ideas. Within the team, have specialists in: Business Development, Bids, Internal and External Communications, Campaigns, PR, Client Engagement, Marketing and Design and Marketing Operations.
