On 5 November 2024 the Early Careers team are hosting a virtual session to provide an introduction to the Beyond programme. Beyond is a new Early Careers equality, diversity, and inclusion initiative that recognises the lack of diversity in the legal sector and acknowledges barriers that may be in place to enter the industry. For the inaugural cycle (2024-2025) the programme will focus on candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds.
This session will provide you with the opportunity to meet the Early Careers team, gain and insight into the programme, and ask any questions.
