Due to continued growth we are recruiting an Office Assistant to join our Business Support team in Bristol. This is a full time and permanent opportunity.

Your Role

As an Office Assistant your remit will cover the following;

  • Assisting with Internal and External Reporting for the operational teams and external clients
  • Carrying out amendments to the Solcase and Peppermint systems as required
  • Assist the team with preparation for meetings and minute taking where required
  • Supporting in ad hoc project work
  • Maintaining the Document, SLA and POA electronic databases as appropriate
  • Support complaints management to ensure the process is followed by the operational team;
  • Providing assistance in all Business Support processes
  • Any other admin tasks as appropriate, delegated from the Team Manager and Senior Business Support Officers

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 6-12 months in an administration or support role
  • To complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe and to the required level of accuracy. 
  • Effective record keeping. 
  • Demonstrate high levels of data accuracy. 
  • Good attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrate a conscientious, 'can-do' attitude. 
  • Be client focussed. 
  • Be supportive of team members.
