Senior Associate - Real Estate

We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate team in Glasgow. This role is offered on a fully flexible working basis and would best suit a qualified lawyer 4+ year's PQE.

Your Role

As a key addition to the team you can expect to be involved with:

• A broad range of real estate work for a varied client base
• Working closely with our Partners, supporting on larger transactions and projects
• Collaborating with colleagues elsewhere in our other office locations
• Supporting juniors within the team, aiding the long term growth and development of our Glasgow team

Your Skills & Experience

• You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
• Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client 
• Contribute to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members
