Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting a Senior Case Handler to join the Lender Sales team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for your own case load of conveyancing files. Our Lender Sales deals with the sales of those properties that have been taken into possession. 

 

Your Role

As a Senior Case Handler your day to day remit includes:

  • Dealing with a complex / non-standard caseload
  • Ensure regular communication with Team Manager regarding work related issues or problems which should be reported immediately and escalated if necessary.
  • In the absence of the Team Managers, taking responsibility with the other Senior Case Handlers and Case Handlers for ensuring that the workflows are printed and actioned together with daily post.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous conveyancing experience is desired
  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous telephone handling experience
  • To demonstrate a natural empathy/affinity with Clients and a good telephone manner, with a clear diction
  • Proactivity and attention to detail
  • Organisational and time management skills.

 

Your Team

Operating from our offices in Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast, we have specialist expertise in each UK jurisdiction. We act for banks, building societies, other secured lenders and third party services. We support on repossession conveyancing for these clients, so that when a property is taken into possession the title checking process is carried out promptly, and a sale progressed proactively. We also provide advice and support to fixed charge receivers from validating their appointment through to dealing with non-paying tenants or those who remain in the property beyond the end of their tenancy.
