TLT are searching for a Contract HR Systems and Reporting Manager to join the HR Team in Bristol. The role will be on an initial 3-6 month contract and will be paid on a day rate basis via an Umbrella Company. We are looking to speak with candidates who are immediately available or who have a short notice period.

The role

As a Contract HR Systems and Reporting Manager you will be responsible for the following;

  • Manage the HR Administration aspects of the HR and Payroll Systems offering including (but not limited to) iTrent (HR & Payroll), Harbour (recruitment) and TLT People/Cornerstone (performance management & learning)
  • Support the development and implementation of HR process improvements, including automation where viable
  • Contribute to any strategic systems project that might be on-going
  • Provide support to HR Colleagues and other users in their use of the system where required, including support with training and coaching new members of the team
  • Responsible for trouble-shooting/investigating and systems problem solving for all HR systems and data collection routes including intranet-based forms and working with software provider and/or internal team where necessary to fix any identified issues
  • Act as first point of contact for iTrent software provider (Midland HR) and develop and maintain effective relationship.
  • Oversee the running of regular monthly HR reports based on agreed specification
  • Support the production of monthly HR dashboards and participate in a task force to upgrade and review HR dashboard across all HR teams
  • Create bespoke reports for HR and the wider business in response to business requirements
  • Oversee regular data audits/data cleanse activity to ensure accurate, consistent and complete data
  • Ensure systems and processes are meeting GDPR requirements and contribute to any GDPR associates projects/initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation and subsequent analysis of data collection exercises
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and data/reports shared between the functions match and complement each other.
  • Ensure all relevant regulatory and legislative requirement are met

Experience

Experience we are looking for;

  • Experience of iTrent systems administration and Business Objects gained within an HR function essential.
  • Experience of using and managing a variety of HR and ATS systems and applications
  • Experience of using Microsoft applications, in particular Power Automate to drive more efficiencies through process automation
  • Experience in managing and supporting direct reports
  • Clear aptitude for, and experience in, numerical analysis and data insight
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Take personal accountability and ownership for all deliverables, work proactively and at pace to deliver required milestones
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft office packages and ideally Reporting Analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
