Job Introduction
We have an urgent requirement for a Contract Lawyer to support one of clients on an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience clean energy lawyer with a background in non-contentious construction. Please note this role will require occasional visits to the clients Glasgow office so being located in close proximity or willing to travel will be an advantage.
This is a day rate contract working via an umbrella company.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties you will be involved with include:
- Providing non-contentious construction support
- Delivering the clients procurement strategy
- Supporting the team with supply chain constraints
- Advising the client on construction requirements
- Providing our clients with a quality service in accordance with the Firm’s procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be able to demonstrate a similar supportive, flexible and driven ethos and will have accumulated the following experience and skills:
- Qualified solicitor 5yrs + PQE
- Must have experience in working in Real Estate and in particular Clean Energy or have a keen interest in working in this field
- Ability to work autonomously through a highly supportive team
- Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload
- Enthusiastic & team approach to working
