Senior Associate - Employment

We are newly recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our Employment team in Birmingham. This is a fully flexible working opportunity and would best suit a qualified Solicitor 4 years PQE+ with a background spanning contentious and non-contentious employment work.

Your Role

As a key addition to our growing team in Birmingham, you can expect to be involved with:

• A broad range of employment matters spanning contentious and non-contentious work
• Working closely with our Partners across our Employment teams nationwide
• Taking an active involvement in the supervision and development of junior team members
• Supporting the longer term growth of our Birmingham based Employment team

Your Skills and Experience

• You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
• Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client 
• Contribute to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members
