TLT are looking to speak to Contract Paralegals with experience in document review and leases working closely with one of our clients.

This role will be an initial 3–6-month contract with a high chance of extension. You will be working on a day rate via an Umbrella company. Ideally candidates will reside in the Bristol region as this role will require office attendance.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Contract Paralegal you will be:

  • Drafting specific lease contract documents required and will be accountable for the accuracy and completeness of such documents.
  • Dealing directly with engine owners, airline customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Releasing engines to airline customer at a commercial level, ensuring that the required customer documents satisfy internal and/or third-party guide standards and identifying any commercial risks or gaps.
  • Ensuring all contractual actions and administration such as filings and security creation/release are completed, including the creation of records on IT system and filing of contracts.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and analysing lease documentation.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal reviewing lease documentation.
  • Extensive document review experience.
  • Exposure working in a contentious litigation environment.
  • Previous telephone handling experience with clear communication skills.
  • Proactivity and attention to detail.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
