We are recruiting for an IT Administrator to join our IT team in Bristol.

As an IT User Administrator working in our Bristol office, you will help support the IT Service Desk team by completing essential administrative tasks for joiners and leavers, as well as existing TLT people within the firm.

Although this role will be mainly administrative, there are opportunities for an individual seeking a career in IT to learn new skills and develop technical abilities that will enable transition into more technical IT roles.

 

Your Role

As an IT User Administrator your day-to-day remit includes:

  • Being responsible for our onboarding, offboarding and general user administrative procedures, following our IT processes across various platforms and software to either provision or decommission user accounts
  • Liaising with HR and the wider company to obtain or provide any necessary information to ensure a smooth onboarding or offboarding process
  • Being responsible for setting up laptops and mobile phones in preparation for new starters that require them. You will also work closely with our IT Support team to arrange delivery or collection of hardware
  • Utilising time efficiently to be able to set up accounts sometimes within tight deadlines and to also decommission accounts using the correct process and to meet security requirements
  • Always delivering excellent customer service

Your Skills and Experience

  • You will be able to demonstrate a supportive, flexible, and driven ethos and will have accumulated the following experience and skills:
  • Experience of working in a high-pressure environment or similar
  • Excellent customer service skills and written communication skills
  • Effective time and workload management skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels, and an excellent team member
  • Excellent attention to detail
