We are newly recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our successful national Property Litigation team. This is a full-time, hybrid working role, affiliated with our Bristol head office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator to develop their career as a senior member of our Chambers UK and Legal 500 ranked real estate litigation team.

Your Role

We have four Partners leading our national property litigation team and as a key addition to our growing team, you can expect to be involved with:

  • Managing your own caseload of complex housing litigation matters
  • Providing an excellent service for clients across all of our key sectors, including public sector clients, local authority and government departments
  • Collaborating with the Partners in the team to look after our relationship with our key clients on a national basis and participate in business development initiatives
  • Supervising the housing litigation work being undertaken by more junior team members
  • Working closely with the team on a regional and national basis, to achieve key goals for the property litigation team and the firm.

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for:

  • A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) circa 3-7PQE, with a background in property litigation. It is essential that you have experience handling housing litigation matters with minimal supervision
  • A forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines 
  • Client focussed approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships 
  • Experience supervising and/or managing junior team members 
  • Drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm’s offering locally and nationally
