Associate - Property Litigation

We are recruiting for a driven Associate to join our successful Property Litigation team based in Bristol. This is a flexible working opportunity and would best suit a qualified Solicitor up to 2 year's PQE.

Your Role

As a key addition to the team, you can expect to be involved with:

• A varied caseload working on a broad range of commercial landlord and tenant disputes and some residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Delivering an excellent service for clients across our key sectors
• Working with the team on a regional and national basis, with the opportunity to work with colleague across our office locations
• Supporting the Partners closely in delivering a seamless service to our existing clients as well as nurturing new client relationships

Your Skills & Experience

You will be/have:

• A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) between 0-2 year's PQE with some experience in property litigation work. We will consider NQs, providing you have completed a property litigation seat
• A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus
• Understand your client’s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
• Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative culture
