We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Real Estate Housing and Regeneration team in Bristol. This is a full-time permanent hybrid working opportunity.  

Your Role 

As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following;  

  • Support the team with a range of property litigation matters  
  • Investigating and analysing claims, preparing draft advices. 
  • Assisting solicitors with preparing trial bundles. 
  • Instructing experts and carrying out Initial review of expert reports 
  • Drafting correspondence 
  • Reviewing discovery documents received from other parties 
  • Managing key dates 
  • Assisting with billing 

 

 

Your Skills and Experience 

  • Previous legal assistant experience is preferable. 
  • Excellent communication skill (both oral and written).  
  • Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timescales. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
