Job Introduction

Our recognised Training Programme combines the two most important aspects of our business: our clients and our people. From your very first day you will get involved with real client work and have plenty of client contact, even progressing to running your own cases.

Alongside the training that you receive in-seat, we encourage you to attend our Trainee Development Workshops, where you will gain an understanding of how to grow your personal brand, learn the broad range of skills necessary for business development and forming client relationships, and give you time to reflect on your mental wellbeing and build your resilience.

TLT's separate practice in Northern Ireland opened in 2012 and is based in the heart of Belfast's business district. The office is led by Katharine Kimber, Partner and part of our Banking and Lender Services Group, which has a sizeable team based form the office. We also host a wide range of practice areas including Real Estate, Renewables and Banking.

Our Belfast office ensures we have a presence in all 3 UK legal jurisdictions, allowing a consistent delivery of service to our clients across the UK. This will mean you will be able to work with some of the UK's leading organisations.

If you are successfully offered an apprenticeship contract with TLT, this will be conditional on you being offered a place at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies (IPLS) or the Graduate School of Professional Legal Education (GSPLE). If you accept an offer and complete your apprenticeship contract with us, TLT will pay for your IPLS/GSLPE fees.‚Äč
