We are seeking a Research Delivery Operator to support our range of Horizon Scanning services delivered directly to our key and strategic clients. This is a hands on role working alongside our Future Law Team, our Knowledge Lawyers and our clients to review the content we receive for the horizon scanning reports, review edit and upload new content to the portals on a regular basis.
It is an essential role keeping our client horizon scanning products up-to-date with new content and ensures the successful and smooth running of service the we provide to TLT clients.
Another key responsibility of the role is to provide support to our Knowledge Lawyers in managing their extensive range of internal training sessions on our training management system.
This is a part time role work 3-4 days per week (21-28 hours per week)
Our Knowledge Management Research Team work closely with colleagues across all parts of our business, helping to turn data and information into insight to support our clients. The KM team, with the firms Knowledge Lawyers deliver both legal and business research to support client activity, bids & tenders as well as sector and strategic research. The KM Team also help manage TLT’s extensive programme of current awareness and horizon scanning, as well as a wide variety of digital resources including the firm’s internal knowhow and third-party databases.
