We are seeking to recruit an Associate and Senior Associate for our Competition team, which forms an integral part of our broader Commercial Services Group. Depending on your previous experience and interests, you will also support with wider regulatory or commercial matters as part of a varied multi-disciplinary practice.
This is a full time, permanent role, ideally based in Bristol or London, offered on a hybrid working basis.

As a Senior Associate, you can expect to lead (under supervision) on projects and tasks and have the opportuning to lead and manage others in the team, whether directly or on a matrix basis.
Our Competition team advises FTSE 100 and 250 clients as well as Government departments. We were recently shortlisted for The Lawyer’s ‘Competition Team of the Year’ at its 2023 awards, as well as the FT’s Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe 2023 for Disputes. We are one of the few firms to truly offer a UK wide commercial service.
We have an excellent national and international practice undertaking the highest quality competition, regulatory and commercial work for many of the UK's leading businesses and departments across our key focus sectors. Our competition expertise complements our full service commercial offering, which ranges from corporate transactions to dispute resolution, and captures a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters including collaboration agreements and commercial joint ventures, data protection and privacy, consumer protection regulation and investigations, export controls and sanctions, franchising and international development, public procurement, technology procurement, licensing, development, sponsorships and promotions, and supply, distribution and agency agreements.
