We are newly recruiting for a Knowledge Lawyer to join our Real Estate team on a flexible working, full or part-time basis. Whilst the new recruit will be affiliated with our Bristol office, this flexible working opportunity can be worked anywhere nationwide. 

This position would best suit an England & Wales qualified lawyer around 5 years' PQE looking for a flexible role, with the opportunity to work with teams nationwide.

 

Your Role

You will form a crucial part of our existing Knowledge Lawyer team that service our Real Estate Group across Bristol, London and Manchester. Day to day you can expect to be involved with:

  • Supporting and advising fee earners at all levels and across all our teams within the Real Estate Group
  • Providing training sessions and legal market updates to our fee earners
  • Keeping up to date with legal developments and presenting these into our fee earning teams
  • Working closely with our other Knowledge Lawyers within Real Estate
  • Liaising closely with our wider team of Knowledge Lawyers who service other groups across the firm
  • Supporting the development of junior team members

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) 
  • Prior Knowledge Lawyer/Professional Support Lawyer experience would be advantageous but fee earners with at least 4 years' experience looking to make the transition into a support role will also be considered
  • Strong legal drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to digest, analyse and succinctly communicate large amounts of legal and industry information to both internal and external clients
  • Ability to work effectively independently but also be a good team worker
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong client focused approach and enthusiasm for business development
