Managing Associate - Employment

We are currently recruiting for a senior employment lawyer to join our team in Belfast. This role would suit an experienced employment lawyer with 6+ years PQE looking for a varied role with clear progression opportunities.

The team operate on fully flexible working basis and this role can accommodate full or part-time hours.

Your Role

As a key senior addition to our team, you can expect to be involved with:

• Varied work supporting a range of private and public sector clients on a broad spectrum of employment matters
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in our Belfast office as well as our other office locations
• Assisting with the supervision and development of junior members of the team

Your Skills & Experience

• You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered)
• Expertise advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• A forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Client focussed approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships
• Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members
• Have the drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm’s offering locally and nationally
