We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Business Development and Marketing team.

 

Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive your day to day remit includes:

  • Managing the website’s content so that it is correct and up to date, from service lines to people pages and firm descriptions and legal notices. Working with support from your colleagues and guidance from the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Ensuring our thought-leadership content is produced using the most effective channels, maximising impact and linked to all relevant content and profiles.
  • Delivering email marketing campaigns to appropriate audiences with the most engaging messages and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Working with colleagues in CRM, brand, BD, KM etc to deliver better experiences for clients and more efficient working internally.
  • Providing training and advice to colleagues on digital marketing techniques.
  • Working with your digital colleagues, ensuring social media activity for the firm is appropriate, on message and delivered with impact.
  • Measuring and reporting on impact of digital channels and communications and engagement.
  • Helping with video and audio production where required.
  • Managing website publishing schedules. 
  • Maintaining and developing copydecks for internal and external use.
  • Liaising with third party support services to identify and resolve issues.
  • You will feed in to strategy and suggest improvements where you see them.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and ability to select the right campaign for the desired effect.
  • Excellent written skills, with attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to write copy in different formats.
  • Excellent knowledge of CMS to manage a website, Sitecore an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing best practice and experienced user of an email marketing platform, such as Vuture.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation a bonus.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of content production process.
  • Experience in managing agencies and budgets an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, pro-active and tenacious.
  • Good working knowledge of video best practice.
  • Highly organised – able to multi-task, strong time management skills. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team, you should be a self-starter and proactive in your approach towards improving the firm’s digital marketing activities.
  • Driven to meet deadlines and objectives, able to drive through projects to completion.
  • Graduate or equivalent.

The Business Development & Marketing team are instrumental in creating awareness of our brand to identify and win new business opportunities as well as delivering for our existing clients. This involves establishing and nurturing relationships and using everything from events to media relations to tenders to explore new business ideas. Within the team, have specialists in: Business Development, Bids, Internal and External Communications, Campaigns, PR, Client Engagement, Marketing and Design and Marketing Operations.
