TLT’s financial regulation group has grown significantly in recent years to become one of the largest financial regulation practices in the UK with lawyers located nationally. Hence, we are seeking an Associate (2-5 PQE) to join our Financial Services Regulatory team, in any one of our national offices.
Anyone taking up this role can expect the have the opportunity to play a significant part in the development of our retail financial services practice, with excellent prospects for career development.
The team has a very strong reputation in the retail financial services sector and advises banks, building societies and specialist lenders on regulatory matters affecting their deposits, lending (secured and unsecured) and payments product sets. The team is currently ranked Tier 3 in Chambers and Partners for Consumer Finance.
In addition to its core focus on the retail financial services sector, the team has a growing wider financial regulation practice. This practice covers wealth and asset management, and funds and funds management.
Anyone taking up this role can expect the have the opportunity to play a significant part in the development of our retail financial services practice.
To be considered for this role, you will already have financial regulation experience gained within a comparable environment (private practice or In-house), is essential. You will ideally have experience in the retail financial services sector working with either mortgage, consumer credit and/or payments products.
It is also essential that you have a real and genuine interest in financial regulation and in particular the retail financial services sector.
