We are recruiting for an Associate to join our Financial Services Litigation team in Bristol and specifically, an ambitious lawyer to support the continued growth of our complex recoveries and title rectification practice for our financial services clients.
We will consider this role as either a full-time role, or a part time role (4 days a week).
We act for all the top 5 clearing banks in the UK, as well as a large number of other mortgage and later life lenders. All of which has generated the need for additional associate support to service the work.
This role is focused around supporting those clients when complex recovery and title defect issues arise. This role will enable you to develop your skills in rectifying property titles and complex recovery actions. You will be working with a recognised leader in this field.
You will be part of a national team that has a track record for winning the most significant and reputationally challenging instructions from our top tier clients.

To be considered for this role, you will be at least 2 years PQE, ideally with experience in banking and mortgage litigation. We will also consider applications from those with experience in property litigation (acting for the landlord), and commercial litigation. Some experience of land registry practice and/or title rectification would be desirable (but this is not essential)
You will be/have:

We advise across the whole spectrum of contentious issues associated with commercial, business and consumer finance, including dispute resolution, pre-litigation management and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
