We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Employment team in London. This role is being offered on a full time basis.

Your Role

As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following; 

  • Supporting our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims
  • Attending Employment Tribunal hearings (either in person in the London Regions or via CVP) to sit behind counsel and take notes/support clients and witnesses
  • Assisting with the disclosure process and preparing disclosure bundles
  • Reviewing disclosures received from other parties
  • Drafting Tribunal documentation including responses to claims
  • Assisting with recording, reporting on and analysing Management Information
  • Assisting with billing

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous Employment Paralegal experience is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timescales
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
  • Having worked previously with case management software would be beneficial
