We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Employment team in London. This role is being offered on a full time basis.
Your Role
As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following;
- Supporting our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims
- Attending Employment Tribunal hearings (either in person in the London Regions or via CVP) to sit behind counsel and take notes/support clients and witnesses
- Assisting with the disclosure process and preparing disclosure bundles
- Reviewing disclosures received from other parties
- Drafting Tribunal documentation including responses to claims
- Assisting with recording, reporting on and analysing Management Information
- Assisting with billing
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous Employment Paralegal experience is preferable
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timescales
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Having worked previously with case management software would be beneficial
