We are currently recruiting for a Contract CRM and Directory Data Officer to join TLT’s Marketing and Business Development team on a three-month contract. The position is fully remote and will be paid on a day-rate basis through an Umbrella Company.

Key responsibilities

  • Legal directory referee management
  • Coordinate and administer the annual legal directory referee program
  • Maintain accurate referee records and tracking information.
  • Liaise with Business Development teams and other stakeholders to gather, validate and update referee information.
  • Monitor referee responses and maintain status updates within agreed trackers.
  • Ensure referee data is accurate, complete and managed in accordance with data protection requirements.
  • Support the production of management information and progress reporting relating to the referee process.
  • Escalate risks, issues or data gaps that may impact directory deadlines.
  • CRM data management, quality and governance
  • Maintain accurate client and contact records within InterAction.
  • Process contact updates, company associations and relationship data changes.
  • Monitor and resolve basic data quality issues, including duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records.
  • Support data cleansing, validation and maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing integrity of CRM data.
  • Process and action CRM data change requests in accordance with agreed processes and service levels.
  • Maintain consistent data standards and support adherence to firm data governance requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve the accuracy and completeness of CRM information.

Compliance

  • Adhere to UK GDPR and firm data governance policies.
  • Ensure CRM records remain accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling client and referee information.

Skills and experience required

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience maintaining data records within a CRM or database system.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with InterAction or another CRM platform.
  • Experience supporting legal directories or similar submission processes.
  • Knowledge of data protection and UK GDPR requirements.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment.
