We are recruiting for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Operations team in Manchester or Birmingham. This role is being offered on a full-time basis.
As Regional Marketing Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in bringing our TLT 2030 strategy to life across our regions. You will translate this vision into tailored, location specific marketing and business development activation plans. These plans will harness each local market’s distinct opportunities, strengthen our regional presence and ensure our strategic goals and values are evident in every touchpoint.
Through insight led campaigns, deep local engagement, and close partnership with sector, client, and Partner leadership teams, you will help embed TLT in our regions and drive initiatives that reflect our ambition to be highly valued by clients and synonymous with creating opportunities.
This role sits within TLT’s Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Senior Manager - Operations and Locations. You will lead account management activity for your locations (Birmingham and Manchester) working closely with the Location Head, Partners, BD Sector Leads and specialists within the Marketing and Communications teams.
You will be responsible for profile management and driving go-to-market activity by co-ordinating and delivering marketing and BD initiatives, with Partners and fee earners to deliver our office location objectives.
Acting as the primary point of contact for Partners, you’ll ensure a joined-up approach to local profile raising (PR, paid-for media and awards), local client development, intermediary co-ordination and opportunity pursuit to market activity. You will be responsible for co-ordinating marketing and BD initiatives around fee earners and delivering objectives from the location plans across Birmingham and Manchester.
Support the development and deliver location plans, ensuring alignment to growth priorities. Act as the lead BD and marketing adviser for regional partners, coordinating marketing, communications and sector BD support for your locations.
Work with marketing and communications specialists to deliver multichannel campaigns ensuring activity is tailored appropriately for Birmingham and Manchester. Oversee development of marketing materials, thought leadership, PR activity and digital promotion working alongside specialists in the marketing communications team.
Lead development and quality assurance of location specific proposals and pitch presentations. Manage CRM data accuracy, segmentation and targeted outreach. Support pipeline reporting and market intelligence gathering.

Operating as a senior professional with a substantial enterprise‑wide portfolio of work, and/or as a first‑line manager, you will work with a high degree of independence and accountability to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes for the Firm.

You will anticipate evolving stakeholder priorities, proactively keep colleagues and stakeholders informed, and consistently deliver for the Firm. Recognised as a technical or domain expert, you will maintain current expertise, and role‑model the Firm’s values and Code of Conduct.
Leadership: You will be responsible for the effective day‑to‑day management of people and work, including resource allocation and oversight of delivery. You can lead teams effectively (in person and virtually), providing clear direction and encouraging strong collaboration, with a focus on regular two‑way feedback to support engagement, performance and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: You will bring strong attention to detail and sound analytical judgement, using factual analysis and insight from multiple sources to resolve complex issues. You proactively identify potential issues early, engage the right people to resolve them, and take clear ownership and accountability through to outcome.
Nature of Impact: You will have direct impact through the quality and delivery of your work, influencing team effectiveness and outcomes. You will set clear objectives, introduce efficient workflow approaches, maintain oversight of progress, anticipate challenges, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Area of Impact: Your impact extends across a defined work area, with individual performance directly influencing the effectiveness of multiple teams and, in turn, the overall performance of the wider sub‑function. You will demonstrate strong self‑awareness, actively seek feedback, and use it to enhance personal and team performance, while also coaching others to develop.
Interpersonal Skills: You will use a high level of communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex and sensitive information effectively, adapting your approach to both content and audience. You will guide colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners, constructively challenging where appropriate, and using an understanding of strategic direction to shape thinking and decision‑making across the Firm. You will help manage expectations and facilitate discussions on high‑risk, complex issues.
