This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our national Corporate team in a role based in our Bristol office, working with major clients across a range of transactions and sectors.
Our dynamic and award-winning Corporate practice operates as one team across our Bristol, Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and London offices, covering the full UK jurisdiction.
The team is consistently recognised as one of the leading practices in the UK and is ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500 in Bristol. TLT’s corporate team is one of the South West’s largest and most experienced practices, recognised for delivering market‑leading advice on complex, high‑value transactions. Our Corporate team includes 17 Partners and over 60 team members across our six UK offices.
In 2024, the team was named Corporate Law Firm of the Year and won Large Deal of the Year at the South West Dealmakers Awards, underlining the scale of its transactional capability and the quality of its execution.
Beyond transactions, the team demonstrates leadership across the wider market. It is a co‑founder of the South West Junior Corporate Finance Network, working with BDO, BGF and HSBC, and is recognised for its commitment to inclusion, including winning the Influence Award at the 2026 Bristol Women in Business Awards and the Outstanding Internal Women’s Network Award for the TLT Women’s Equality Network.
Innovation is embedded in delivery through TLT’s award‑winning FutureLaw team, integrating technology, AI and process optimisation to enhance client outcomes.
TLT’s Corporate team delivered exceptional growth and deal volume in 2025, completing more than 125 UK-wide transactions across core sectors. The team has achieved double digit revenue growth for five consecutive years, including a 20% increase in FY25, outperforming the firm’s overall growth rate of 18%.
