We are recruiting for a Managing Associate to join our Infrastructure Real Estate Team in London.

TLT knows the real estate market inside out. Private or social, affordable or luxury, single sites or major projects, our housing team have the nationwide insight and experience to meet the unique needs of landlords and investors, developers, housing associations, local authorities, land owners, lenders and providers of care homes and student accommodation.
Ours is a truly comprehensive service, covering acquisition of assets to planning, through construction contracts to disposal, via specialist skills in litigation, regulation, tax, finance, procurement, joint ventures and corporate structures plus day-to-day legal needs such as employment. Our Housing capabilities are demonstrated by our appointment to some of the main housing legal panels, including the Housing Association’s Legal Alliance (HALA) and the Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC).
