TLT are seeking experienced Contract Project Managers to join us on an 3-6 month contract. This is a chance to work with a leading firm that values innovation, collaboration and excellence in delivery. We deliver pioneering solutions that transform client expectations and the way legal work is done.

This role is offered as an initial 3–6 month contract, with the potential for extension, and will be paid on a day rate via an Umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on projects, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to map processes, identify pain points, and co-create solutions.
  • Apply design thinking and agile methodologies to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Gather feedback and data to refine processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external LegalTech providers.
  • Create and maintain stakeholder communication plans and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (clients, partners, lawyers, paralegals and business services) and run effective governance routines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including risk and issue logs, project plans, and resource analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise project updates and presentations to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex projects within professional services or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with design thinking and process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project/reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and matter reporting.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with legal technology solutions (including AI‑enabled tools) and embedding change.
  • Degree‑level education; Law degree preferred but not essential.
