Within our Retail Mortgage Services (RMS) operations, TLT provides secured litigation and property services to the UK’s leading retail financial services institutions. Following the deployment of a new Target Operating Model during late summer 2025, we have been delivering a 3 month fast-paced transition programme to move into a new structure across our 3 key operational areas:

Customer Contact: Director - Steve Herbert
The RMS Transition Programme, which delivers significant people, technology and process changes, will conclude on 31 October 2025. Further work will continue to embed the new operating model into business as usual (BAU) activity.
You will act as an Executive Assistant to the 3 Directors in the RMS Leadership Team, as well as working with the Equity Partners, supporting them in the execution of critical plans for post-transition deliverables and success. This role is being offered on a part-time basis of 4 days a week.
You will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and organisational continuity, helping the RMS function embed successfully and deliver lasting value across the organisation.
