We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, creative, results-oriented, and passionate individual to join our Marketing and Communications team.

You will play a key role in developing and executing targeted campaigns and content that support our firm's ambitious growth strategy and profile-raising objectives, using channels across the marketing mix.

 

Your Role

As a Campaign and Content Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Creating and distributing compelling content, from website articles and email, to video, podcasts, social media posts, and intranet articles and internal guides.
  • Co-managing the campaign & content team inbox, ensuring requests are prioritised and handled efficiently.
  • Working with members of the marketing team to plan and deliver campaign activity.
  • Collaborating with Business Development teams to help develop campaign strategies, target audience, messaging, and tactics.
  • Working with external suppliers such as designers and podcasting agencies to deliver campaign activity.
  • Managing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum of ROI.
  • Reporting on campaigns and providing recommendations for improvements using data analysis and benchmarking.
  • Researching hot topics and working with lawyers and business development managers to develop angles.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Two years or more B2B marketing and campaigns experience with professional services experience desirable.
  • Excellent project management and campaign management skills with good knowledge of planning tools such as Monday.com.
  • Strong research, writing, copy proofing, and editing skills using various media.
  • A thorough understanding of the full marketing communications mix and how different channels can be used to create awareness and influence a business audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people at all levels of seniority and across different departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms and CRM (we use Sitecore but will be moving to Webflow, Vuture, InterAction, Canva).
  • A genuine interest in a broad range of business topics that affect TLT and its clients.

 

Your Team

The Business Development and Marketing team are instrumental in creating awareness of our brand to identify and win new business opportunities as well as delivering for our existing clients. This involves establishing and nurturing relationships and using everything from events to media relations to tenders to explore new business ideas. Within the team, have specialists in: Business Development, Bids, Internal and External Communications, Campaigns and Content, PR, Client Engagement, Marketing and Design and Marketing Operations.
