We are recruiting for an Organisational Development Manager in our OD Team based in either of our Bristol or Manchester offices.

About the role:

Organisational Development (OD) sits within HR, working in close partnership with other HR functions to deliver a proactive, efficient, and people-centred service.

As OD Manager, you will lead the delivery of TLT’s culture strategy across the UK. You’ll design and implement change and engagement programmes that inspire colleagues and enable them to thrive. This includes planning, developing, and delivering initiatives with clear KPIs and impact measures.

You’ll be a subject matter expert in organisational change, applying project management and OD practices to drive transformation and foster a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and performance.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives aligned with TLT’s strategic goals and growth plans.
  • Design and deliver OD strategies, frameworks, and interventions to enhance team and individual performance across culture and engagement.
  • Apply creative thinking and business insight to develop engaging materials and resources, using OD diagnostics and tools to inform recommendations.
  • Conduct organisational assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in structure, culture, and processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to facilitate change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans that support inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Analyse data to generate insights, inform decision-making, and evaluate the impact of OD initiatives.
  • Champion employee engagement and culture-building activities that promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Contribute to commercial goals by providing culture and engagement insights for client bids and tenders, and representing TLT on social value matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, offering coaching and guidance on culture and engagement.

Skills and Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of inclusion and wellbeing, including legal and regulatory frameworks, and experience delivering culture change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across HR and the wider business.
  • Commercial awareness and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programmes within formal governance structures.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies, with the confidence to make decisions and provide strategic guidance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Resilience and adaptability in complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent project and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
