We are recruiting for an Associate to join our Housing & Regeneration team in Birmingham or Bristol. The role is a permanent, full-time opportunity, offering flexible working in line with TLT World.
You will be part of our specialist team, who deal with real estate acquisition, disposal and development work as well as major regeneration projects. We work with colleagues who advise across the full range of legal issues affecting the industry including property tax, environment, construction, property litigation, planning, procurement and subsidy control.

Our Housing and Regeneration team forms part of one of the UK's largest real estate groups. We are a team of 25, with representatives sitting in the Birmingham, Bristol and London offices.
Our wider real estate group, with a team of 180, advises on thousands of transactions across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland each year.
